Due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold our annual year-end review meeting for the past two years. We concluded the 2021 session with a productive and enjoyable gathering.

Our regular year-end review meeting runs over three days, with sessions, breaks and social activities. Department heads open up their year's work for assessment through a SWOT analysis. The overall scope covers what we did well and what we can improve. 

During the breaks, we organize activities such as barbecue gatherings, Saturday evening dinners with music, nature walks, and campfire conversations, aiming to start the 2022 working year with high motivation.
