Dye code and quantity data from the Focus central monitoring software are transferred to the system.
Overview
Profix FW is a fully automatic powder dye weighing, dissolving and distribution system developed for textile dyehouses. It weighs the correct dyestuff with high accuracy according to the dye code and amount in the recipe and delivers it to the dyeing machine's auxiliary dosing tank.
The system is designed around a contactless operating principle. Its anodised metal main body and stainless steel components provide high durability and long-term reliable performance in abrasive dyehouse environments.
Recipe data taken from the Focus central monitoring software is transferred to the dissolving unit via integrated 12.1 inch touchscreen computers. The sliding scale and bucket system automatically performs the weighing cycles needed until the recipe is complete.
The weighed dyestuff is carried to the vacuum unit, transferred to the dissolving tank by blower and fully dissolved by the mixer system. The prepared dye solution is sent to the dyeing machines by pumps and the single line distribution system.

Precise Weighing
The servo-driven screw dosing system transfers the required powder dye precisely into the weighing bucket.

Vacuum Transfer
The filled bucket is carried to the vacuum unit by the rotary carrier ring and transferred to the dye dissolving tank.

Dissolving and Distribution
The dye is fully dissolved and sent to the relevant dyeing machine over the single line distribution system.

Modular Powder Dye Storage
Storage units of 100 litres with approximately 60 kg loading capacity can be arranged as independent blocks in single or double rows.

The storage system can be expanded to 10 silo blocks according to the plant's dye variety and capacity needs.
Sliding Weighing System
The precision scale and weighing bucket move on a sliding rail system in front of the storage unit.
12 Weighing Buckets
The 12 weighing buckets, with a stainless steel body and Teflon coated inner surface, are reused across different weighing cycles.
Rotary Bucket Carrier Ring
Buckets that have finished weighing are carried automatically to the vacuum transfer unit by the rotary carrier ring.
Automatic Bucket Washing
After each transfer the bucket is washed with water, dried with air and returned to the system for the next weighing.
AG and Standard Vacuum Units
The AG or standard vacuum unit engages automatically according to recipe size, ensuring correct dyestuff transfer.
Single Line Distribution
The dye solution fully prepared in the dissolving tank is distributed to the dyeing machines over a single line by pumps.
