Profix RS is an advanced ring system that manages salt and soda dosing, distribution and circulation together. Like Profix S, it distributes the required amounts of solution to the machines automatically; at the same time it keeps the solution in the lines continuously circulating.
Helps prevent crystallisation and sedimentation in pipelines and storage. It delivers significant time savings in dissolving and distribution, particularly in plants with longer salt-soda lines and larger salt-soda stocks.
All work orders can be tracked online and reported thanks to the large touchscreen and user-friendly software. This helps reduce operator errors and labour costs.

Two Separate Pipelines
Two separate pipelines must be used for salt and soda distribution in the ring system layout.
