Overview
Profix LAB Advance + combines the automatic solution preparation capabilities of the Advance model with sample dyeing automation. In the Advance configuration, solution preparation is performed by weighing automatically from powder dye.
Powder dye is weighed directly into the solution bottles. Water top-up and dissolving then follow. Once solution preparation is complete, the bottle is placed at its addressed point with robotic assistance.
In the Advance Plus model, sample dyeing is carried out fully automatically without human intervention. Material loading, unloading and dosing are performed automatically, producing accurate and repeatable dyeing results.
Operating Process
Water Top-Up and Dissolving
Once weighing is complete, water is added to the system and dissolving is performed to prepare the solution.
Robotic Bottle Placement
Once solution preparation is complete, the bottle is positioned automatically at its addressed point with robotic assistance.
Fully Automatic Sample Dyeing
Material loading, unloading and dosing are performed automatically without human intervention.
