Overview
Profix DS is the system used to turn chemicals supplied in dry form into solution before they are sent to the relevant machines. It makes pre-process preparation more controlled for salt, soda and mineral chemical dissolving needs.
The stainless steel solution tank connects directly to the solution storage tanks. System volume can vary by project and consumption; the solution concentration can be set before dissolving.
Once dissolving is complete, the system delivers the prepared solution to the storage tanks automatically and performs automatic tank washing, readying itself for the next dissolving operation.
System Structure
Solution Storage Tanks
The solution tank connects directly to the solution storage tanks and supports transferring the prepared solution to storage.
Pump and Mixer
The solution store is equipped with a pump and mixer that support the dissolving of mineral chemicals.
Circulation System
The circulation system helps the dissolving process progress more homogeneously and under better control.
Manifold Structure
Thanks to the manifold structure, the dissolving and routing of different mineral chemicals can be managed systematically.
Automatic Tank Washing
