Weighing data is taken from the existing recipe software or entered directly through the Profix CAR+ system.
Overview
Profix CAR+ is a rotary rack powder dye storage and guidance system developed to carry out dye weighing precisely and safely. Dyestuff containers are stored in an organised rack system while the dyestuff required by the recipe is presented to the operator.
Recipe and weighing data can be taken from the plant's existing recipe software or entered directly through the Profix CAR+ recipe system. All weighing operations performed are therefore logged and can be examined in detail when needed.
The system notifies the operator with warning messages to prevent possible operating errors. Its recipe and work order based reporting allows dyestuff usage to be tracked, targeting maximum efficiency in material management.
