Overview
ENMOS Profix DD dissolves precisely weighed powder dyestuff in the correct amount, at the right temperature and under ideal process conditions. The system is developed to prepare the dyestuff to the quality and homogeneity the dyeing process requires.
Dissolving is carried out quickly, reliably and under control thanks to the purpose-designed dissolving tank and engineered mixer system. Precise water dosing and temperature control keep the solution within the required process conditions.
The prepared dyestuff solution is transferred to the dyeing machines using single line transfer technology. Because the system is designed to work integrated with manual dyestuff weighing and control devices, it adapts easily to existing production infrastructure.
