In print preparation and dyeing mills, manual preparation of recipe components causes serious time loss and quality inconsistencies. ENMOS print preparation automation systems (Profix GUM, Profix FW, and Profix LCo) make thickener/gum preparation, powder dissolving, and liquid dye dosing processes fully automatic and free from human error.
Profix GUM
FULL AUTOMATIC GUM/THICKENER PREPARATION SYSTEM
Main purposes of the system is preparing GUM/THICKENER material for printing machines to make color recipe preparation in earlier to get proper homogenous solution and also ready stock for next step. Mixing and correct measurement of each chemicals are very important point and also software logic is showing system power in ENMOS.

2. Hardware and Silo Details
- Urea Silo: Made of SS304 stainless steel, with jet cyclone filter, 5.000 L capacity.
- Soda Silo: Made of SS304 stainless steel, with jet cyclone filter, 1.200 L capacity.
- Alginate Silo: Made of SS304 stainless steel, with jet cyclone filter, 100 L capacity.
- Other 3 Chemical Silos: PE (Polyethylene) silos with 250 L capacity.
- Dosing Panels: Separate filling panel for chemical filling into 6pcs silos and main control panel for mixing tank & dosing systems into 8pcs ready stock tanks.
3. Mixing Tank Technical Specifications
- Tank Capacity: 2.000 L, SS304 stainless steel, inner surface polished.
- Design: Closed upper structure with manhole, conical bottom.
- Mixer: Special design mixer with inverter speed control.
- Washing: Top spraying washing with 2pcs nozzles.
- Valves: Valve for washing, for circulation, for cold water inlet, for hot water inlet, for dispensing, and for drain.
- Sensors: Min level sensor, foam level sensor, max level sensor digital output, sensor for tank cover, and PT-100 temperature sensor.
- Pumps: Mono pump for 250 L/min dosing and pneumatic diaphragm pump for measurement.
- Fittings & Weighing: Mixing tank fitting equipment, weighing system fitting equipment, light. Weighing is done from 3 points via load cells and compensator.
- HMI Control: Simplex HMI with special software and pneumatic control panel.

- Weighing: 32 kg capacity scale with 0.1 g tolerance.
- Circulation: 12 pieces circulation pump and pressure balancing outlet.
- Viscosity Limit: Maximum usable viscosity is 250 cP.
