Overview
Profix MW is a semi-automatic system that weighs the powder dyestuffs used in textile dyehouses precisely and reliably. The recipe data needed for weighing can be taken from the plant's existing recipe software or entered on the system itself.
The system operates with barcode verification to ensure recipes and work orders are weighed without error. The operator is guided step by step on screen to scan the correct dyestuff code and weigh the amount specified in the recipe.
All weighing operations performed are logged in the central monitoring software. The records can be examined in detail by recipe, work order, dye code, weighed amount and operation time.
