Overview
Profix LAB Advance is an advanced system that automates the management, washing and refilling of solution bottles in the laboratory dosing process. Expired bottles are collected automatically, carried to the washing unit and refilled after washing.
The system weighs the powder dye, adds water and mixes to prepare a new solution automatically. When bottles run empty or are due for replacement, they are handled automatically within the system without extra intervention.
Operating Process
Transfer to the Washing Unit
The system automatically picks up the relevant bottles and carries them to the washing unit to begin preparation.
Powder Dye Weighing
Once washing is complete, the system weighs the powder dye and moves on to preparing the new solution.
Solution Preparation
Water is added to the powder dye, mixing is performed, and the new solution is made ready for use automatically.
