Overview
Profix CS is a dedicated system designed for dosing the liquid chemicals used on stenter machines. Thanks to its mass flowmeter, even high-viscosity stenter chemicals are weighed accurately and stably.
It separates high-volume chemicals to the stenter machines independently of the dyeing machines, minimising time loss. Thanks to its different washing procedures, it offers cold water, hot water and other options for chemicals with high viscosity and stickiness.
Delivery speed can be set parametrically according to emission breakdown values, one of the critical properties of stenter chemicals. With S-588 external control, automatic ordering and padder dosing control, it reduces much of the workload in the finishing section.
