Profix LAB is a laboratory dosing system developed for the laboratory needs of textile dyehouses. It is based on multi-colour solution preparation and supports the trial work carried out in the laboratory before real dye recipes are released to the plant.
Profix LAB is a pipetting machine developed for trialling and verifying real dye recipes in dyehouse laboratories before they are released to the plant. The system works on the principle of multi-colour solution preparation and supports laboratory trial work.
Also known as “pipetting” in the textile dyehouse sector, this system can be extended with optional units alongside the standard Profix LAB configuration. The Advance and Advance Plus options add solution preparation from powder dye stocks, bottle washing and sample dyeing.
With an aluminium main chassis, stainless trays, a safe isolation cabinet that limits evaporation, solution bottles, a solution preparation unit and recipe monitoring software, it meets the core needs of the laboratory dosing process.
Extends the standard configuration with a solution preparation unit fed from powder dye stocks, supporting solution preparation from powder dye in the laboratory.
Extends laboratory trial processes with the sample dyeing unit, making it easier to evaluate real recipes at sample level before production.
