Liquid Chemical Dosing and Distribution System

Profix C is a liquid chemical dosing and distribution system based on dispensing the chemicals needed for production in the correct amounts and distributing them to the dyeing vessels over a single line. It delivers savings in chemicals, labour and energy while improving process quality.

Overview

Profix C is an automation system developed to automatically dose the liquid chemicals used in the dyehouse production process and distribute them to the dyeing vessels. The system dispenses chemicals in the correct amounts and distributes them to the vessels over a single line.

Working in sync with dyeing machine control devices and software, it minimises the time and effort spent on chemical ordering. Thanks to its touchscreen and user-friendly interface, operations can be monitored and reported online.

System Structure

Tank Farm Platform

The tank farm holding the chemicals is positioned as the starting point of the system.

PE Polyethylene Tanks

PE polyethylene tanks are used for chemical storage and the chemicals are stored in this area.

Profix L Level Monitoring

The Profix L automatic chemical level monitoring and manual filling unit helps track tank levels.

PVC / PPRC Piping

PVC/PPRC piping runs between the tank farm and the Profix C dosing and distribution unit.

Profix C Control Panel

Dosing, distribution, monitoring and reporting are managed from the 12” touchscreen control panel.

SS316 Stainless Piping

SS316 stainless piping with dedicated valves is used between Profix C and the dyeing vessels.
