Overview
Profix SW is a modular system developed to support the powder dye weighing unit in low-quantity dosing operations. Its new-generation design, precise transport mechanism and load cell technology handle low-weight dyestuffs reliably.
When a low-quantity powder dye requirement is detected in the recipe transferred to the system, the relevant weighing is routed automatically to the SW unit. Large and small quantity weighing is therefore carried out on the appropriate units, preserving process accuracy.
Dyestuffs stored in transparent powder dye containers are dosed via the dual axis aluminium rail system and the moving weighing bucket. The custom screw mechanism integrated into the lid transfers the powder dye into the weighing bucket under control.
