We ended our year-end evaluation meeting, which we could not hold for the last 2 years due to the pandemic, with a pleasant and productive meeting for 2021.
Our regular year-end evaluation meeting consists of sessions and rest breaks for 3 days and social activities. Department officials open their 1-year studies for evaluation with SWOT analysis. In general, we set our goals for the next year together by discussing the things we do well and the aspects that are missing and need to be corrected.
We aim to start the 2022 working year with a high motivation by taking a break from our busy meetings with a barbecue party, Saturday dinner, musical entertainment, nature walks and fireside conversations.
