Profix SW Small Quantity Dyestuff Weighing System
SW Unit is a supportive modular unit of the weighing unit, specially designed to fulfil the low amounts of weighing requests. It is a brand-new design that allows the system to measure minimum 1 gram of dyestuff by using high precision load cell and precise handling method. SW is the module gives us a chance to work for very light colour in textile. Recipe amount are if less, easily start system switching to Prox SW unit. So, accurate weighing will be available with high performance. System can keep up to 100 small clear boxes which are stock 100-150gr dyestuff. Special design screw and box tap has allowed us to make powder down into buckets. Robotic system moves on 2 basic aluminium rails and reach to each box very easily and quickly.
