In the Advance model, the solution preparation process is prepared by automatically weighing the powder paint.
Powder dye weighing is done directly into the solution bottles, followed by water completion and dissolution. When the solution preparation process is finished, the solution bottle is placed at the addressed point with the help of a robot.
In the Advance Plus model, 100% accurate dyeing results are obtained by applying fully automatic material loading/unloading dosing processes without human intervention in the sample dyeing process. Sample dyeing machines in the 10 gram -500 gram capacity range are offered in the Profix Lab Advance Plus model.
