Profix CS Finishing/ Stenter Chemicals Dosing System
Profix CS is a system designed for liquid chemical needs of stenter machines. Thanks to the mass flowmeter used in the system, Profix CS provides accurate and stable weighing of even high-viscosity ram chemicals. Apart from dyeing machines, Profix CS separates high amounts of chemicals into stenter machines, thus minimizing time loss. Cold, hot water and acid inlets can be used for chemicals with high viscosity and stickiness in the system, which has different washing procedures. Again, the delivery rate is adjusted parametrically according to the emission breakdown values, which is one of the critical features of ram chemicals. In addition, the system that provides external control of S-588, automatic ordering and dosing control to the padding eliminates many workloads and losses in the finishing department.
