Profix BD; Fully automatic powder dyestuff automation system is used for fully automatic transfer of large capacity machines, especially dark colour dyeing’s, for dispense to the dyeing machine addition tank designated for process. The system is safe and high-performance resistant to corrosive effects by means of stainless equipment which complements anodized metal main body. 500L (approx. 300 kg powder dyestuff) capacity powder dyestuff stock units are determined according to customer requirements and applications up to 6 silo capacity have been made.

Profix BD Full Automatic Powder Dyestuff Automation; Vacuum silo filling system 10kg / min. rapidly fills powder dyestuff silos. The automation system has a 12.1 “integrated touch screen computer and the dispensing quantities in the work orders from the Focus center monitoring software are sent to the dissolving unit as per recipe. With special helezon screws for each dyestuff silo, recipes can be weighed accurately with high precision. Because of the spire screws working according to the dyestuff code specified in the recipe, the weighing system can be weighed accurately and with high precision by the load cell weighing system according to the fast and slow turning periods with servo motors.
