Profix RS Salt & Soda Ring System

Enmos Salt, Soda-ash dosing, dispensing and ring(circulation) system Profix-RS is an upgraded version of Profix S which can also circulate the solutions in the lines. It can be a necessity for prevention of crystallization of the solution in the pipelines or the storage. While it works as a Profix S, dispensing the required amounts of solutions to the machines automatically, it also works like a homogeniser.

It helps to prevent any crystallization and precipitation while minimizing operator errors and costs. Especially for longer Salt and Soda-ash lines and bigger Salt and Soda-ash stocks, it saves time from dissolving and dispensing process. It again saves time while working in sync with the dissolving system. A large touch screen and user-friendly software supplies you to track all job orders online and receive a report. It is possible to prevent the extra costs which occurs during the use of salt and it is also same for saving labor costs.

This system, which we call the ring system, is an advantageous system in long distances and in factories with high amounts of salt and soda. In this system, there should be two separate pipelines for salt dispensing and soda dispensing. The dissolved salt and soda are in continuous circulation in the pipelines.

When any dyeing machine needs salt or soda, there is no time loss due to high dissolving time and waiting at the job order line. The salt or soda, which is already in motion within the pipeline, begins to fill in the additional tank as soon as the command is reached, until the opening time of the relevant machine valve.

Advantages of this system; high production capacity especially in larger areas of factories, it eliminates consumption amount and the loss of time caused by the long distances. It provides very high time savings in enterprises with salt and soda.
