500 L stock units offer approximately 300 kg of powder dye loading capacity. The stock layout can be set according to customer needs.
Overview
Profix BD is designed for high capacity machines and dyeing processes that require large volumes of dye solution in particular. The system manages powder dye storage, automatic weighing, dissolving, delivery and washing end to end.
Its stainless equipment, complementing the anodised metal main body, gives it safe, high-performance resistance to corrosive effects. The 500 L stock units, with approximately 300 kg powder dye loading capacity, can be configured to customer needs.
Recipe quantities from Focus central monitoring work orders are sent exactly to the dissolving unit. Screw feeders driven by the dye code in the recipe, servo motors and the load cell weighing system deliver accurate, high-precision weighing.
System Structure
Vacuum Silo Filling
The vacuum silo filling system fills powder dye silos at 10 kg/min, speeding up stock preparation.
Load Cell Weighing
Screw feeders and servo motors with fast/slow rotation periods enable high-precision weighing via the load cell system.
Dissolving Tank
The dissolving tank, selectable between 500 L and 750 L according to plant needs, completes dissolving quickly with its powerful mixer.
Fast Distribution
Next-generation dissolving and delivery technology provides fast dye distribution with a 70 kg/min dissolving rate and a single line distribution system.
Automatic Washing
After dissolving, the dye solution is sent to the machines; the dissolving tank and line are then washed, readying the system for the next dye.
